Returns

In accordance with article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the package by the customer. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Packages must be returned within 14 days of receipt, as evidenced by the postmark. All parcels whose delivery date is later than 14 days will be refused.
The cost of returns is borne by the customer, i.e. we do not send prepaid vouchers.

TO MAKE A RETURN : 

- go to page "orders your account

- click on details opposite the order concerned, then scroll to the bottom of the page

- tick the products you wish to return, specify the reason for the return, then click on "generate a return".

- you will then receive an e-mail confirming your return from our team

- then you can return your parcel to us at the address indicated on the returns document by tracked parcel. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs.

- The parcel must be sent by recorded delivery or Colissimo.

REFUSAL TO RETURN :

JUNE AND RIVER reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

- When the return label and parcel are sent more than 14 days after receipt of your parcel

- When the item is in poor condition or the label has come off the product
